My name is Jessica Hamby. I was a good Christian girl before Bill Compton was forced to turn me as punishment for killing another vampire. Not long afterwards the world was nearly destroyed by the Croatoan virus, and the few of us survivors are barricaded in Camp Bon Temps. Now I've built myself a new family with familiar faces and new ones, and I love and protect them all as fiercely as though they were my own blood. Bein' a baby vamp in an apocalypse ain't no picnic, but I find happiness anywhere I can.
